House of Seers offers Email Readings and Live Readings for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Readings are provided by Ara personally — no artificial intelligence or automated system is used to generate any reading content.
Readings and bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Payment instructions are sent by email or WhatsApp after you submit a request.
Email Readings are typically answered within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Live Reading bookings are subject to Ara's availability and will be confirmed individually.
Because each reading is personally written or delivered live, refunds are not available once a reading has been completed or a live session has taken place. If you have an issue with your reading, please contact us directly.
